Setting up a Distribution List vs Group

PROBLEM:

Hi I would like to set up a group and apparently my ability to set up a new group has been turned off by the person who manages my email

ANSWER:

No the ability to set up a distribution group is still there. You cannot however set up a user group.

To set up a distribution group go into people (whilst logged into email, click on the white square in the top left of the window), Then click on 'New' and from the drop down list click on 'contact list'
