HP Officejet Pro K8600 and K8600dn - Unable to Print on A3, A3+, or B Ledger Paper After Upgrading to Windows 7

Issue
After you upgrade to Windows 7 from an earlier version of Windows, you are unable to print on A3, A3+, or B paper.
• A3: 297 x 420 mm (11.7 x 16.5 in)
• A3+: 329 x 483 mm (13 x 19 in)
• B: 279 x 432 mm (11 x 17 in)

Solution
Follow these steps to change the default processor, and then try your print job again.

1. Click the Windows icon ( ), and then click Devices and Printers .
2. Right-click your HP product, and then click Properties . The Properties window displays.
3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Print Processor . The Print Processor window displays.
4. Select winprint from the list in the Print Processor box.
5. Select RAW from the list in the Default Data Type box.
6. Click OK , click Apply , click OK , and then close the Print Processor window.
7. Try to print again.
